As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase of Explore Warsaw Viewpoints book within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your book.

If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this purchase. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the book.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For digital products, you acknowledge that by starting the download or streaming of the digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal. Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the download or streaming has begun.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Should you wish to return the hardcover book, only the price of the hardcover book will be refunded. The digital ebook, being non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded, will not be eligible for a refund.
